Giving to St Mary's
Funding the work at St Mary's
We see giving as an important expression of our trust in God, a joyful response to His love for us which enables us to grow in faith.
The work of St Mary's is funded through the generosity of members of the church family so we encourage regular giving and ask people who are eligible to sign a gift aid declaration form.
Individual giving is handled in absolute confidence by our Finance Team, led at St Mary's by our treasurer Piers Clark, who can be contacted by email, directly about any aspect of giving. He can provide a request for information on planned giving, a gift aid declaration form, or a
bankers order which you can use to set up regular donations.
Giving through your will - making a legacy gift
If you have any questions on giving, please contact Piers Clark in confidence.
Leaving money or another form of gift to St Mary's in your will is a very effective way of ensuring that God’s work here continues to flourish. It can also reduce any liability for Inheritance Tax. A legacy can be of any size - large or small, every gift counts.
Visit the Church of England's dedicated website
for leaving a legacy gift to the church.
